Liquid Polymer SUPER POLY

SINO MUD Drilling polymers SUPER POLY equal to AMC LIQUID POL EZEE MIX SDFC,MUD LOGIC LIQUI MUD,

Super Poly is a new copolymer used primarily as a one sack polymer, providing borehole stabilizer, lubricity and viscosifier to prevent reactive shale and clay from swelling and sloughing.

SINOMUD Drilling Polymer Super POLY is also added to low-solids drilling fluids to increase lubricity, fluid viscosity, and to improve carrying capacity of air/foam injection fluids. SINOMUD Liquid polymer SUPER POLY will help improve
core recovery, particularly in clays and shales and highly fractured formations. It provides cuttings encapsulation as well as helping to stabilise the formation.

It can be used as a single product, low solids fluid, or it can be combined with SINOMUD Bentonite CX GEL or other polymers such as SINOMUD Viscosifiers CX TROL to form a more robust mud system.

Recommended Treatment:

Add SUPER POLY in concentration of 0.5 to 5.0 liters per 1000 liters to any active system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
